🚨🗣 Spanish journalist and Ballon d'Or voter José Félix Díaz explains why he ranked Kylian Mbappé ahead of Lamine Yamal: “Yes… If you asked me who deserves the Ballon d'Or based on the start of this season, I would say Lamine Yamal without hesitation." “But we are judging last season, and in my opinion, Mbappé was better than Lamine Yamal." “For example, I genuinely don't believe Lamine was more decisive than the other Spanish players at the World Cup. Spain won the tournament because of the strength of their team as a whole." “As for Mbappé, he finished as the World Cup's top scorer and carried France all the way to the semi-finals." “For me, Mbappé was the player who consistently performed at the highest level throughout last season.”
