🚨🗣 RB Leipzig scout Rafa Gonzalez reveals how he spotted Yan Diomande's talent after watching him play for just ten minutes: “In my work, I rely heavily on my own judgement, and I immediately noticed qualities that everyone can now see in him. His speed, intensity, audacity, work rate, ball control, personality, defensive ability and willingness to track back." “He'd only been on the pitch for ten minutes, but I loved what I saw. I thought he was a very special player, and from that moment, I started following him much more closely." “I don't consider myself primarily responsible for his signing because everyone in the group played their part in getting the deal over the line. I did what was expected of me, but it was a team effort led by the sporting director." “He will succeed at Real Madrid. I'm convinced. He has the talent, attitude and room to improve. The pressure is high, but with confidence, he will respond positively to the significant investment they've made.” 🇨🇮🔍 (Source: Diario AS)
