🚨🗣 Jamie Carragher says the focus should be on Manchester City’s OWNERS rather than the club itself, insisting the controversy will never truly disappear while they remain in charge: “I don't see how the owners can continue. I just think the stain of this, how big this is and how long it's gone on for, the fact that they're so entrenched in their view, as long as those owners are there, they will always be tainting the club." "It's not Man City, the club. It's the owners for me. It's the owners who have done this to Manchester City. This will never go away, all the time that these owners are here. "The reasons these guys bought Man City was for PR reasons, not to make money. It was sportswashing. It's sportswashing, that is what it was all about. And that has completely gone up in the air now.” (Source: The Overlap)
