🚨🇪🇸🗣 Mikel Arteta on his first day as Arsenal manager: "On my first day taking office as Arsenal's new manager, I had turned the place upside down. I threw everything on the floor—computers, laptops, cables." "Then I gathered everyone inside. I told them, 'If you want me to help you enjoy your profession, your life, and that passion we all share, you have two minutes to pick this up and get ready to work together.' " "This could have been the end of my managerial career; because if that mess had stayed like that, I wouldn't have a job anymore."
